Day 19: 1/29/11

Sleep: 7.5 hrs.

Water: 4L

Food:
AM: HELLA mandarins
PM: 1.5# dates, 2 Mexican papayas, 12 bananas in smoothie with one of the papayas (pretty good but not as good as straight bananas).

Exercise: On my feet at the farmer's market all day, 1 mile walk.
