Day 9: 1/19/11

Sleep: 9 hrs.

Water: 6L

Food:
AM: 1.25 # dates
PM: 25 bananas in smoothie

Exercise: Aerial conditioning, biking 15 miles, 1 hr. basketball

Mood: up!

I can feel my sensitivity increase, which is nice and not nice at the same time... in the long run this will be a good thing.
