Sleep: 9 hrs.

Water: 4L

Food:
AM- 25 persimmons
PM- 25 bananas in smoothie, 1/2 head celery

Exercise: Handstand class, 25 minute run, Aerial class

The bananas are ripening. Excellent. Might go get (pick) more persimmons at BB tomorrow!
