Day 2: 1/12/11

Sleep: 8 hrs... tonight will be better

Water: 3.5L so far

Food: AM- 15 persimmons, 1 pomegranate, PM- 15 persimmons, the rest of yesterday's soup

Exercise: AM- monkey conditioning class, aerial conditioning class, walked 6 miles, PM- handstand class, breakdance class

Mood: grateful, up!

Waoh! My teeth stopped hurting! Didn't take Advil all day. I had 3 crowns done a couple weeks ago and they've been hurting me almost every day since then... but not today.
